Marchant Marine Wreath Laying Ceremony

National Maritime Day is in observation of our maritime heritage with a formal wreath-laying ceremony to honor those lost who served as merchant mariners. Ceremony will include Veterans, dignitaries, American Honor Guards of North Carolina and featured speakers. Merchant Marines will be invited to toss a flower in the water to commemorate a loved one.
